Combine: Doug Finch and Douglas Finch

into

Douglas Finch http://www.giantbomb.com/douglas-finch/72-10848/

When creating the former, I didn't realise that his full name was Douglas Finch and I can confirm that they're both the same people as both Atomic Bomberman and Clayfighter 63 1/3 were developed by Interplay Entertainment Corp.
