Combine: On disc DLC/ULC

On disc DLC and ULC are the same thing, though the ULC page has a horribly vague name.

@Hailinel: What do you think about renaming the ULC page to On Disc DLC or something similar and then deleting the current On Disc DLC Page? The ULC page is more complete at this point.

@Hailinel: Here's the new page if you want to mess around with it some. The other one is gone. Also added the alias of "On Disc Downloadable Content", although that probably wasn't necessary.

On disc DLC restricts the definition of the term and technically leaves out games like Castle Crashers. It should be renamed again or changed back.

It's a matter of semantics, really.  Fleshing out the definition is what the deck and article space are for.
