Delete/Combine: Ghost Watch / Youkai Watch

I mistakenly created a duplicate Youkai Watch page, when the same game's entry under Ghost Watch already existed.

However, I can find no evidence of an official announcement of the game's Western release, so the name Ghost Watch is likely unofficial. Most hits to the name "Ghost Watch" come up with stories about the game's Japanese announcement back in October and GameFAQs only has an entry under the name "Youkai Watch."

There's admittedly not a lot of information on either page, so I will defer this one to the mods. Thanks!
