Delete duplicate character: Tsukasa Ayatsuji

When I clicked the Propose as a New Page button the loading animation appeared on screen, and stayed there for quite a long time. After it went away and I pressed the refresh page button, I found two character pages of the same character, one next to the other on the new character list (one with id 10566, the other 10565).
