Why are there so many copies of the same picture in Images tabs?

I think people are starting to spam pictures to get points quickly and this needs to be taken care of. Here are three examples:

It's a bug on their part, hover over the pictures then on the icon on the right. They were all uploaded by an admin account.

I've messaged the user that's uploading way too many dupes.
