So I was looking at concepts to add to Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge. One of the big things in Ninja Gaiden games has always been the exact timing of dodging. Ryu's dodge has Invincibility frames on it and if you time his dodges just right you can negate all damage. Ninja Gaiden is not alone many other games have this concept as well of specific frames in an animation giving someone invicibility for those EXACT frames in an animation.

I found Selective Invincibility and Temporary Invincibility neither which seem to really cover this exact concept. Does this warrant a concept page?

Temporary invincibility seems to cover it perfectly.

Whether by item or otherwise, temporary invincibility provides the user a brief moment where they are impervious to attack.

In this case, the "otherwise" would be a dodge, and the brief moment is the frames in which you can't take damage.

@The_Nubster: Fair enough! I might possibly just elaborate on that page then.
