I've seen a lot of fan art in the moderation queue. Is it allowed? Normally I deny it.

Yes, it's allowed.

From the help page:
"Images can include box art, screenshots, concept art, fan art, and more."

Oh, okay. The reason I normally deny it is because I'm unsure whether or not the user has permission from the original artist.
