If anyone wants to do the legwork on this - take a look through the wiki points of the users who have edited the Actraiser page and see if you can find any other plagiarized material.  If you find anything, go ahead and shoot me a PM.  Please don't erase the article until we figure out who did it though, please.

I'm going to need more than just a hunch...another article that can be proven to originate from this user that was also plagiarized would seal the deal.

yeah an article that length could not give you less than 60 points im positive about that

I tested it out and I got 108 points for deleting the entire article and re-copy/pasting it.  I'm going to lock this for now and have some of the Wiki mods take a look, and we'll go from there.  Thanks guys.
