I have gained so much respect for this person

I'm not totally sure if this warrants a thread but if not now when?
I just watched the Harmonix Tribute to Ryan and they did such a fantastic job, Drake in particular. If you follow him on Twitter and watch this you can almost feel how much Ryan meant to him. (I feel a bit weird assessing the feelings of people based on Twitter and Social Media stuff but right now I don't care)
I always liked Drake when he was on the E3 bombcast but never thought anything more then "he's alright" but what he (and of course Eric Pope and the rest of Harmonix) did was just so amazingly awesome that I'm running out of superlatives to describe it.
