PC - Story Mode Isn't Unlocking

I've finished the tutorial twice now but the Story Mode won't unlock. Anyone else having these issues? I've made sure that ll the DLC packs have been installed.

This thread on GAF claims it isn't working for anyone. I was aware of some features not working, but not the story mode!

Exit and re-open steam.

Online doesn't work either. Only tutorial and single match vs ai I believe. No towers, no test your luck/might. It's ridiculous.

@creepingdeath0: Yeah, it's fucking stupid. I don't understand how you can fuck up a launch this badly. I mean, the single player? Really?

NRS has confirmed that there's issues right now, most of the game is locked for everyone.

Just love when the PC release of every major game is just pure crap. No one checks if the game works before putting 60$ price tag on it?

Story mode finally got unlocked for me as of 5 minutes ago.
