Bloody Cops

So apparently if you get pulled over, and they suspect you're wasted, the cops can legally take your blood without a warrant.  WHAT THE FUCK?

Just don't do drugs before driving! Or at all!

Well... at least that'll teach people to not drive drunk or drive like they were drunk (But just doing it to be dicks, or are just horrible drivers).

Yea that's bullshit, taking somebody's blood who hasn't been convicted of any crime. What happened to innocent until PROVEN guilty? There have ben a ton of instinces of police burtality, so how can we be sure that the cops won't just use this as an excuse to stab people who don't give them the answers they want? And what are the cops going to do with your blood? It would be very easy to keep a DNA profile of you on record whether you're found guilty or not. If the cops start doing this, people should start vandalizing cop cars and or city property.
