so i decided to make a thread about it. it's 5:11AM. I poped a sleeping pill in a couple hors ago and all it has done is made me drowsy. I am now drinking milk through a straw. on my 2nd cup. Ive tried various beds and positions but my mind keeps on wandering. I even tried sleeping with my dog but he told me to gtfo.
I friggen hate allnighters.
Edit: I am also wearing sunglasess don't ask why.

I know how you feel, about a week ago i went to bed at about 2 and ended up just lying there thinking about stuff for four hours, i decided to just stay up all night after that because i had to go to school in about 1.5 hours.
lye in bed and close your eyes, and dont get up if you think its not working.
also
start clenching your muscles from your toes and slowly work your way up holding your body tense.
Then slowly release the tension.
Then working from your feet up feel your muscles loosen and go completely limp. Maybe try and imagine it a force working up your body, the imagery helps.

as long as you are concentrating/focusing on something your going to stay awake.
Until the point which the fatigue is to much on you brain. which can be 48 hours or more.
