Devin Townsend Appreciation!

One of the best song writers and all-over awesome dudes ever in my opinion. Anyone else love his music and fun attitude towards music? If you haven't checked his stuff out yet, you really should - it ranges from the most brutal music that would make most black metal look pale in comparison (no pun intended), to the most mellow and soft stuff ever. 
 
What is your favorite album? It's hard to pick, but for me "Ziltoid the Omnicient" is one of the best albums ever created.

Hell yes. The guy is an incredibly creative and imaginative musical genius.

I would probably start with Strapping Young Lad. Gives you a good taste of his style. They have five albums, though Alien is probably my favorite.

I've mostly listened to his SYL stuff, but that's mostly because their drummer is a BEAST!

Oh man I was listening to Accelerated Evolution and I saw this thread.My favorite album would probably be City but all of his stuff is great I still havnt listened to his work with steve Vai yet.I love how he can  scream like a fucking maniac but still look like a fucking nerd like in this video
