Welcome ladies and gents to the 12th year of the Giant Bomb EPL Fantasy Football league! Wasn't sure if there was going to be one for a while there but here we with a brand new season

Here's the week 1 fixtues:

Saturday 12 September 2020 (All kick-off times 15:00 local time)

  • Crystal Palace vs. Southampton
  • Fulham vs. Arsenal
  • Liverpool vs. Leeds
  • Spurs vs. Everton
  • West Brom vs. Leicester
  • West Ham vs. Newcastle

Monday 14 September 2020 (Both kick-off times 20:00 local time)

  • Brighton vs. Chelsea
  • Sheffield Utd vs. Wolves

You've only got 90 minutes before kick off on the Saturday (13:30) to have a full squad and to have joined the league, good luck!

FYI Leeds, West Brom and Fulham are the 3 promoted teams from the championship, with Leeds winning (Premier League champions vs. Championship champions first week) West Brom 2nd and Fulham won the play-offs after finishing 4th.

I would love to know just who in the hell is determining which position a player counts as. Everyone knows Aubameyang plays forward. Aubameyang himself says his best position is forward. The pre-game lineups on broadcast show him as a forward. Arsenal's official site lists him as a forward. And yet some random dude at the fantasy website insists that he is a midfielder.

Next they'll be saying Kepa is a real goalkeeper.

That's an odd one definitely, there seems to be a trend of them making forwards into midfielders.
