What are your thought on the future of 3D gaming, is it just a trend or will it evolve eventually into those helmets things we used to see on cartoons or movies about the “future”?

This is not a blog, broski.  You need to put in your own thoughts- not just ask us. Also, this is not really Off-topic...

Anyways, I think it WILL evolve to a more sophisticated method where glasses, helmets, visors, etc are not involved.  Nintendo is going that direction with the 3DS.

I’m sorry, I did not realize that I put this so the every one could see it. I’m sorry that I made you waste your time on it, it will not happen again.

I'm hoping it's just a trend. Time will tell.

I think gaming will become more and more narrative, after this wave of hardware gimmicks wears off, games will, and hopefully become more story intensive. I hope to see a lot less Gears and Gods of war and more LIMBO's and Okamis. That is where I think Consoles are heading, but where handhelds exist, I believe the hardware 'features' will transfer over. So in the future, I think consoles will be the home theater entertainment, rich cinema, immersion, and superb storytelling. But handhelds will be the place to find motion control and 3D, it makes sense to me.

It is a passing fad until more comfortable 3d technology is made on the cheap.

it's just something that is there right now. i do not like 3D. i saw a 3D tv and it didn't look to good. it just looked like things were on layers. i don't think that it is worth the money to get a 3D tv.

I noticed that you're advertising something.
