Good Converters?

I need a good converter. I have been using Any Video Converter Professional for 2 years but .flv (Flash) never seems to convert or work correctly aka. not loading. I use it for Zune formaat (mp4.) with its basic Codec. I just want a good converter that allows Xvid and DivX codecs to be converting to Mp4 and Flash. Any suggestions?

Never mind. You can lock this thread but I guess I am just up for suggestions. I found a perfect converter so everything is all good.
