How do you get your snack on? Salty vs Sweet!

A majority of the time I eat fruit, but when I don't I usually get something sweet. Honestly, it's somewhere down the middle, but I picked sweet.

As it turns out, I just went on a snack and cigarette run. I don't know how to vote because I ended up with a candy bar and Chex Mix. I guess I will vote sweet since that's what I picked up first.

I love sweets but I like eat salty snacks with meals, say with a turkey sandwich and some Sriacha sauce.

Not much a fan of sweet stuff these days. When I do look for something sweet I prefer it only be slightly sweet or refeshing, like a nice custard and sponge cake with some fruits on the side or some bubble tea or something. I've had my fill of chocolate and candy.

Sweet snacks are for jerks.

Naw, I'm honestly venture into both worlds but I usually prefer a salty treat. Mostly chips, nuts, popcorn and the likes.

...... do you even stop and think about passing a kidney stone from consuming too much salt? Gallbladder stones are from Calcium and Cholesterol.

I guess I tend to lean towards salty snacks, but when purchasing snack-stuffs I tend to buy an even amount of both in spite of my preference, just for varieties sake.

Uh, why isn't there a mix of both option? Sometimes I'm in the mood for something salty, sometimes sweet. Never a strong preference of one over the other.

I probably like salt too much including in my snacks.

"Sweet" snacks aren't snacks they're, "treats" fucking come-on people figure this shit out.

God, I love chocolate covered pretzels.

As I have gotten older, my tastes have changed going more towards the salty over sweet. That said, the combination of the two is fucking delicious, same thing with sweet and spicy.

As a huge lover of chocolate I have to say sweet. Conversely, I stopped adding salt to my food because my heart felt like it was in bad shape. I don't pick low salt or low sodium foods though. Gotta eat stuff that tastes good, ya know?

Outside of the "very" occasional cake or tea party sweets I really don't like sweet things all that much. Salt however is addictive as all fuck.

Actually, I enjoy chocolate a lot, but it gets enhanced by salt anyways. So point stands.

I don't really like sweets. They make my teeth hurt. I still enjoy them every now and then but I'd much rather go with a bag of chips or something. I don't snack all that often however.

why not both?
