Do you only want gaming podcasts or do you have other interests that you would be willing to hear strangers babble about?

I frequent the Bombcast, and Screened's and Tested's podcasts. If I really want more, I may listen to Bitmob's Mobcast if there's some interesting guests. Sometimes I'll listen to Kevin Smith's Smodcast too.

I know one that's pretty funny to listen to, it's called My Brother, My Brother, and Me. They give out advice for anything. Anything. I know Buzz_Clik is an avid listener. In fact, I found out about it through him.

I've been listening to lots of Comedy Death Ray lately and that's usually a pretty funny podcast.

This American Life is great, The Moth isn't really a podcast but it's like 11 minutes every week and it's pretty cool. Worth putting in your podcast software.

Word. My favorite podcasts that haven't been listed here are:
Comedy Death-Ray Radio (Jeff and Ryan approved)
Uhh Yeah Dude
You Look Nice Today (even though they've only released 1 episode in the past 6 months)
and The GameSpy Debriefings

I might check out some of these others podcasts, could do with more than the bombcast to listen to.

If you're into your comedy, The Comedy Death Ray Studio podcast is great. Funny and interesting.

I'm with plasma hear, there are some great podcasts from Kevin Smith & friends. Smodcast is, in my opinion, still the most funny (Kevin Smith and producer Scott Mosier talking shit about everything and nothing). But shows like Tell em' Steve Dave, Jay and Silent Bob Get Old, and Highlands: A Peephole History are also great. They basically have a podcast for every day of the week, so I'm sure you'll find something you like.
You could also check out the Audiobooks from Ricky Gervais, though those aren't free through itunes (though you can always procure them in some other way..).

The first 'season' of Ricky Gervais was free - I think they only charged for a 'season' or two....

Although it is no longer running, GFW Radio.  Probably my all time favourite podcast. The episodes titled LAN party and PC project aren't really good because Jeff Green and Shawn Elliot had left the podcast by then. Anyway you can find them at http://www.1up.com/do/minisite?cId=3148397
Others I like that haven't been mentioned yet...
Player One Podcast
The Fanboys
8-4 Play
Bill Burr - Monday Morning Podcast

Uhh Yeah Dude is the best podcast imo. Not everyone will like the humor but if you can get into it it's amazingly funny.
Also if your craving video game podcasts check out the old eps of Idle Thumbs its the only game podcast I've heard that comes anywhere near the greatness of the bombcast.

For gaming I like The Bombcast, Weekend Confirmed, The CAGcast (CheapAssGamer podcast), Bitmob and one most people don't know too well, Orange Lounge Radio.  It's been on the air for 6 years week after week.  It's like a lot of the others in format, but I like the crew.  It runs about 2-1/2 hours each show.  For non-games, I suggest tech podcast, Buzz Out Loud from CNet.  And for sports and entertainment, I've been a fan of The Tony Kornheiser Show for years now.  Sports is the foundation but it covers all other topics as well like movies, politics and whatever the host finds interesting.  It's often quite funny.

I giggle like a little girl every time I see a new Rogan is up.  One of the more interesting dudes out there.  I like Carolla mostly for the rage.  His rants are classic.

I've been catching up for the past 6 months or so with Smodcast.  I've never laughed harder at anything out there, and will often rewind/replay entire podcasts because of the humor.  Granted it's sophomoric at best sometimes, but damn Moser/Smith are hilarious with the scenarios they construct then act out.

Gaming Related?
Rebel FM
Gamespy Debriefings (very loosely related to games)
Weekend Confirmed

Others?
I like the Engadget podcast a lot
My Brother My Brother and Me (Kiss your dad square on the lips)
Tested
Behind the Screened Door

Those are the ones I listen to at least semi-regularly (weekly listens: Bombcast, Gamespy Debriefings, Engadget, MBMBAM, Rebel FM. Listen to most of them while I work out. Can usually get through one each night.).

I have the opposite problem: I like more podcasts than I have time to listen to.

This American Life, This Week in Tech and Tech News Today are the ones I listen to regularly.

If you don't mind listening to old topics, Idle Thumbs had a phenomenal run, which is now over.

And the Bombcast of course.
