Some of the games come out only allow you to install on the C drive. Which is a pain.

Does Pillar of Eternity allow you to install on an alternate drive?

The DRM-free version certainly does. Steam has that feature too nowadays.

I use Steam and you can make a game library where ever you want.

@hinetoa: Are there modern games that don't let you pick install location? Which ones?

    Hi Forcen,

I had some problems with Ubisoft Games last year, so I had to take them back. Recently I thought I'd like to try out Dragonage, it may not be so modern - 2010. But it won't allow you to choose another drive but C.

Pillars of Eternity I found a installation video - it showed that you can install it on another drive. It's hit or miss. I wish the games would mention it upfront - as games are becoming super-mega big, it's not unreasonable to be able to put on a dedicated drive for games.

I've got Dragon Age: Origins installed on D: right now.
