Poland can into space

There seems to be a meme I am unaware of (go figure ;) ). Both Civ5 Brave New World and Europa Universalis 4 have an achievement which is Poland and science related. What is this about?

I can only hope that this is some kind of viral marketing for Cyberpunk 2077.

Recently one of polish ministers decided Poland needs space agency like NASA to go to space. Maybe they are poking fun at that.

I just googled it and it's really really not funny. I can't see Paradox including an awful meme in their game.

I disagree with you there. The thing is, anyone can make a polandball comic. But not everyone can make a good one.

The polandball subreddit is pretty good in my opinion, especially when the comic is about a real world issue and pokes fun at various cultural things.
