I realized we don't have a phone/tablet home screen thread even though we have a desktop wallpaper thread so I'm gonna break the ice here and start one up. All devices are welcome obviously and you can post what that device is if you want. Here's mine:

Yep! You just need ICS or higher and Nexus 7 definitely has that. The Launcher which you can download from the Play Store is called Nova Launcher, and the icon pack is called ICS Plates.
