Yay! Let's celebrate the beginning of a brand new year of joy and happiness by posting who you think won't make it to the end of this year. The prize for getting it 'right'? Nothing except untold riches and all the glory of the known world. Don't believe that someone could this cruel and heartless towards those who might not be long for this world? Well, tough shit buddy, 'cause all these duders took part last year. 2 bee totes Siri for just a mini though, this is not necessarily about you wanting people to die, you don't have to be nasty or spiteful or hateful towards yours, or other people's choices on this list. However, please feel free to be all those things if you want.

I will update below with a list of which user voted for who (someone can only be voted for once), one vote is allowed per user.

If this is going to happen again, it'd be nice if it's just guesses and not "Oh man I'm so brave I hope this person dies cause I don't like them!"

Stan Lee.

#12 Posted by TooWalrus (11799 posts) - 4 months, 17 days ago

@benjo_t: You really think we don't have the utmost respect for Clint Eastwood, Christopher Lee, Stan Lee, Sean Connery and the like? Only half of us are choosing crappy celebs we hate, like Lindsay Lohan.

#13 Posted by benjo_t (100 posts) - 4 months, 17 days ago

@TooWalrus: I know, so far so good, but you only need glance at last years thread to see how gross it could be.

Since someone already took Stan Lee, I'll repeat my pick of last year with Keith Richards.

Also, not that it's a big deal at this point, but the 2012 thread was never updated to reflect Dick Clark's passing.

Harper Lee :'(

He's a real cunt in my current go of Crusader Kings 2. A new pope never hurt anybody.

But really I'm just going to go with John McCain. It's never too late to die.

I'll go with Larry King... again.

#40 Posted by Little_Socrates (5425 posts) - 4 months, 17 days ago

Put me down for Paul McCartney. I'm gonna win that one eventually, and I'll probably sob the day I do.

I'd go for Clint Eastwood were he not already on the list. I actually considered Mick and Keith, but McCartney's actually older than the both of them.

@Fattony12000: I saw this thread and went. "Didn't I vote in the last!? and wasn't it Patrick Moore...and sadly Patrick Moore did die."

That is my post from last year.

You did record it on the list.

His obituary http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-10525469

And here is some coverage of Patrick Moore's passing.

Even Mr Weebl gave Patrick a send off with a remix of an old song and clip.

Sooooooo nobody voted for Hugo Chavez, eh? That guy was a celebrity, every Sunday he'd put on a half comedy, half political propaganda televised sermon thing.

Justin Bieber

#46 Posted by MariachiMacabre (5340 posts) - 2 months, 12 days ago

Tony voted for Hugo Chavez. Unless that name is a complete coincidence.

#47 Posted by AngelN7 (2834 posts) - 2 months, 12 days ago

I voted for Hugo Chavez in the original thread ... for most people in Venezuela it wasn't a surprise either he was badly sick from a long time but his leaders refused to tell what was really going on , I don't feel bad about his dead but I don't feel good either (that would be awful of course) he did a lot of bad stuff and some good stuff here but his government is the worse offender and the only way to get this country out of the craphole it currently is with him gone. Still rest in peace Hugo Chavez I hope our country learns from all the stuff you did.
