I named the symbols in the Mass Effect 2 Circuit Bypass Minigame: Dragon, Closing Doors, Waterfall, and Circle. I found it easier to match them up with a verbal cue when the cursor passed over.
Did you guys?

I really never had a problem with them lol.

By the way, this belongs in the ME2 board, not the off topic board.

I used resistor, capacitor, choke and diode.

They're representations of electrical schematic symbols I already know about.

Angry dogman, links, downarrow, and opening doors.

I only named one of the symbols, the one you guys would call "closing doors" or "choke" I called a "belt" and that was it. Didnt think about naming anything else because the mini game was hella easy anyways

I've been referring to the diode one as ground. I feel like an idiot...

No, I do now, after further thought!

The one I was thinking of as a resistor could be a ground or earth. As I remember, its the horizontal parallel lines forming the shape of a downward triangle.

The two back to back Ts is a capacitor.

What I referred to as a diode ( the rectangle with lines at each side) could ba a fuse.

And my choke (the C symbol) could be anything, since I couldn't find any schematic equivalent, although I remember it as a choke.

Well I've always known a diode as being a closed triangle with a horizontal line at it's point. But with two people thinking it was a diode here, and the fact I've only taken some basic electrical classes I assumed I was wrong. Maybe not then? heh.

I agree though. NO clue what that C thing is!

I do this too, mainly because I did two years of electronics and learnt them
