What is the best HD youtube settings?

and it is better than uploading in .mov but I was wondering what everyone else's favoured settings are?

That video was really fast to buffer and great quality, keep up the good work, a shit-ton of Youtube HD vids take forever to buffer.

Yeah I was wondering if there was a better buffing or just generally better HD video than mine. Because I can't find any... yet.

Yeah I'm going to try out the second one with a movie I made recently, looks pretty damn good.
