What is the dumbest car accessory you have ever seen?

Out and about on the roads yesterday I saw this car:

Over the years, we have been subjected to many an ugly car accessory, but this one hit the top of my list as the dumbest and most embarrassing of all. Seriously, I am pretty sure that Hyandai wants to drive itself off a bridge. Who would drive such a monstrosity? I am told by my English friends it had a life in the UK a few years ago, but never caught on. Go figure.

What horrible add-ons have you seen or worse, fess up and admit to what you have done.

First thing that comes to mind are hubcap spinners. I haven't seen any lately, but anyone with those should have their car towed and scrapped and their license taken away.

My problem isn't just that they're fugly, those things are never on a good car. They're always on some fucked up jalopy or just a generally piece of shit car. Don't get me wrong though. Even if they were on a good car, it wouldn't make them anymore acceptable. I'm just sayin...

Truck nuts always is the first to come to mind when the topic of 'dumb car accessories' is brought up. Also noticed people putting reindeer antlers on their cars for Christmas, that was pretty bad to.

Seen a beetle with those eyelashes, thats pretty stupid, one time though i went to a classic car show and one of the cars had a side car and that takes the biscuit.

I hate truck nuts. Why do people feel the need to ruin their cars by attaching truck nuts.

Well, I would say that the thing in the OP takes the cake.

Why do we have so many judgmental threads? I really don't see what's "stupid" about eyelashes on a car. I think it's kind of neat.

Also, I was one of those "weirdos" with reindeer antlers/nose on my car, and I'm fucking proud of it, geez.

I think your example takes the cake right off the bat.
