Lower info bar on ps4 not working for me. Network problem?

Hey duders! When I first got my ps4, the lower sub section on my games (videos, manual, walkthough) was working, but because the network was slow it kinda broke half the time(wouldn't load). Now when I turn on my ps4, it just shows nothing. There is no evidence of that lower section even being there, and the game icon is missing the old options. Anyone know whats going on?

The What's New and Overview thing? I believe it's off or something for stability reasons. I had it up a few times but not today.

Seems to be disabled because of the PSN issues.

I was wondering the same thing. I haven't seen any information on the what's new tab. I like that tab quite a lot actually.
