Which classic should I get?

Final Fantasy XI

If Tomba is $10, get that one.

I recently replayed Spyro 2 and thought that it held up surprisingly well. Camera wasn't good of course and the bosses (thankfully only 3) were bad, but if you're in for some Spyro I think it's a good choice.

Tomba! or Vagrant Story.

Psychonauts, followed by Final Fantasy IX.

Psychonauts or Xenogears, depending on your mood.

Symphony of the Night or Bully.

Crash Bandicoot: Warped is my favorite game of all time. It still holds up fine, and the levels have a ton of variety. I have played through that game from start to finish more times then I can remember.

Vagrant Story or Symphony of the Night

Unless you already own Spyro 3 i would say get that. If so my actual vote is for FFIX

Final Fantasy IX seems to have the majority vote so I guess I'm getting that one, but I'll wait until Tuesday just to make sure I'm not instantly regretting it for a sale or something. Sucks I couldn't pick up FFIX when it was on sale but whatever, free game is free.

I recently decided to play Symphony of the Night (after they played it on Unprofessional Fridays), because it had been sitting on my PS3 for a long time. I downloaded it on my Vita and played all the way through.

That game is fucking good.

Legend of Dragoon! Read my last few blogs if you want to know why. It's pretty amazing.

Persona 2

In terms of the RPGs there FF9 probably holds up the best and is my favorite in that list. If you like platformers more then RPGs then get Psychonauts and either Spyro 2 or Crash 3.

psychonauts is super charming.

I voted for FF9 but this is the real best answer.

I just got Bully and that game is the shit. If you haven't played it already you should try it.
