    So I've just loaded up Gears 3 for the first time since the Raam DLC and the game is not prompting me to download the new DLC with the season pass. I've checked and the pass is still downloaded onto my system but the popup isn't showing up

    Go into downloadable content at the Gears screen and the various DLC should be there.

    True but it charges you going that route.

    I fixed it by deleting pass, clearing cache and then redownloading the pass
