Okay, so I know what the daily quests are my question is are the weekly quests the very last one on the list? From what I have seen it hasn't changed the first two days.  If not then where do you see the weekly?

Its the complete 9 missions on heroic. I think it will always be the last one who knows I agree its not really labeled well, but it hasnt changed.

I think there may be an issue with the weekly challenge. 
 
I did the first 3 with scoring and got credits for it, but I had to load up the next mission because after completing the one I did, it put me back in the campaign lobby. I did the rest without scoring so there was no break between missions, but the challenge only counts 3 missions as being completed.  
 
At any rate, I imagine the weekly challenge will be noticeable as having the largest credit award.

They very first, very short mission doesn't count. Maybe thats your problem?
