Ok, so I managed to get the limited edition for €35, the local rental place around here had a midnight launch and the first 5 people got €25 off the game. Fantastic! I bought a new 12 months live subscription Excellent! 
 
I get home, play 5 games of multiplayer... KRAGNHH 
 
Reboot, no RROD, get into another match, 2 seconds in... KRAGNHH 
 
Reboot, no RROD, get to the dash.... KRAGNHH 
  
Reboot, RROD... ;_; 

Looks like I'm buying a new slim tomorrow....

Same thing happened to me on the launch of Halo 3, I'm a little scared to pick up Reach.

There has been omens all day, computers in the store where I bought it crashed when I stepped inside! They had to take hand written receipts lol

My xbox is like 1 1/2 years old, but it's a replacement and I sure hope it lasts.

So I took apart my dead 360, slapped a huge desk fan on top and all is well... Lets hope it lasts at least a week because I really cannot afford a new xbox today >_<
