The way I see this working is:
 
1. Play your Saved Film/Clip back on your console, take some screenshots (try not to go over 30 in a single photo session, for reasons you'll see below)
2. The 30 most recent screenshots will be automatically streamed to your bungie.net account (login to your profile, and click on 'Recent Screenshots' on the bottom left hand side)
3. Find the images you want and grab the 'High Res' version
4. Upload to a site that WON'T resize and screw up your image resolution (I've used imgshack, as you can see)
5. Post the link to it here (NOT the image itself, to help save on spoilers), full size please!
6. Say where you took the screenshots, and anything else you want us to know
7. Profit

And then my own natural ability for taking pictures at angles. This one is right at the beginning of the level where you uh... I don't know. I haven't played  it yet. It's really rainy, and a city is on fire.

Not campaign, but I caught this in a game of Elite Slayer and I Love it: 
 

I can't upload anything to my fileshare - it says my gamertag is "not allowed on xbox live" whenever I make videos or take screenshots.
 
I've emailed major nelson and xbox support. I really hope I don't have to pay to change my gamertag to access my fileshare.
 
I make a video/take a screenshot while connected to xbox live, try to upload it to fileshare, and it won't let me because my gamertag isn't allowed on xbox live. Crazy.
 
It's "Son of a Beep" so maybe bungie's filter is more strict? I had no problems with Halo 3 fileshare.

New Alexandria again. I'm seeing a pattern here. My goal for this one was to get a picture of combat with both my Spartan and her target in the picture, but I got lazy and didn't want to sit through an hour and a half of footage(!) so I snagged something early on. I'll probably reappear with some more tomorrow.
