Burgerthusiasts should know that the ultimate burger is one that contains both bacon and cheese as well as a healthy slab of ground beef. But what are the ultimate bacon and cheese combinations ('combinations' is too a word!) for such burgers?
I'd have to say that assiago with maple bacon or havarti with peameal (aka Canadian) bacon are my two favourites.
Hamburger
