Health is a value that gauges how much damage players can take in a game before they die or pass out. Also known as life in some games. Health is usually represented by a bar or a percentage instead of an exact amount. Found in most non sport games
Using the Red Cross logo as this concept does is in violation of international law (the Geneva Conventions) and will probably get GB in trouble. If it's changed to a white cross on a red background I think it'll be okay.
Um, no, the symbol is used all the time, the only people who would get in trouble are those that could actually be mistaken for aid workers, if someone thinks they are gonna find medical help on this site well then....

Not sure whether this will be an issue for gb (largely because it probably won't be found) but there is a big precedent for the red cross kicking off over this. In early 2006 the Canadian red cross enforced their trademark of the red cross against several video games forcing them to remove it. No video game made since has a red cross to denote health, it's usually a green one The same scenario kicked off against pantomimes in the uk where the British red cross took legal action against several shows forcing all to address the issue and remove the red cross from many costumes
