    Obvious spoilers.
     
    I got it by failing lol.
     
    Everyone was alive at tfinal chapter, but I failed to help ethan with madison and was arested( as madison). Then you just walk out as Ethan and get shot to your death.

    Jayden has to be alive at the end, but Madison has to either be dead or fail to warn Ethan of the cops surrounding the building. Ethan comes out and gets shot to death, and Jayden get's Perry and Blake's badges suspended for some time.

    By the way, why is Perry getting suspended, too? Do you think it's because he declared to the press that Ethan is the Origami Killer without his confession? On the top of that, what do you mean by Blake and Perry suspended for some time?

    No cop, no matter how high ranked they are, have the right to do that.  The FBI bosses the cops around.

    @Fanboy: Yeah, it's the major story hole for me in Heavy Rain.  There is no way Jayden would take that shit, the FBI in the states can order the Patriot Act and have full control of the cops.  He could even take away their badges.   
     
    The cops in America are scared shitless of the FBI, and there's a lot of stories of Cops pulling over Agents by mistake and getting their asses handed to them. 
     
    It's like the guys who made Heavy Rain didn't do the basic information on just how much power Jayden was supposed to have in that game.

    That and because Perry not only cared about solely giving the press what they wanted(even if it meant putting an innocent man in jail) but also because he encouraged and rewarded Blake's psychopathic and unlawful behavior.
