Seems people are reporting problems with the heavy rain patch that got released, anyone seeing this?

I had zero problems with it.

There are a bunch of graphical and sound glitches that can result from the patch. I'm sure there will be a new patch that will fix the problems in the near future.

I had some minor sound/video glitches as well. 

When I got to Norman Jayden's part at the crime scene, right before he put on the glasses, the sound completely cut off... at first I thought it was an effect of something lol

I had to restart about 4 times due to glitches.

What's it supposed to fix?
