I'm on my second play through on Hard and the trophy says to play through without changing the difficulty. The game automatically changed it down to easy because of the obstacle course after you storm the quarantine and meet Moya and I put it back up to hard. Is that going to effect the trophy unlocking at the end?

I can't remember that happening to me when I played through, so it's quite possible it will mess with you unlocking the trophy at the end.
