Some are thinking this might be a list of samples he wants to use in the tracks.

Some really deep cuts, too. Sin & Punishment 2? Muramasa the Demon Blade? I thought I was the only one who remembered they existed.

All this just makes me want Kanye West on a 3-hr Waypoint stream rambling about his history with video games. (Just Blaze geeking out over Revenge of Shinobi was my favorite part of their 72-hr stream.)

I wish him all the best, I'm a fan of Kanye West's music (maybe not so much the man himself but I don't actually know the guy) but that last album wasn't all that great.

I'm not a fan either (just never really dug into his catalog beyond MBDTF), but that makes no sense. Like it or hate it, there's nothing generic about his music. Are you sure you've actually heard any of it?

Nothing generic about his music. It's just not consistent hip-hop, in this fella's opinion. Granted, I'm not huge on the genre unless it really, really hits. I'd buy a Greatest Hits of Kanye and leave it at that, probably.

This is amazing. Freaking Okami? I'm paying attention. The soundtrack for that game is beautiful, so it's not a bad place to sample from.

Seems to me he's just trying a new way to market his stuff.
