I've got my first group of dudes ranked up, but ive started seeing the new skill type people in the recruiting pool- aside from skill differences are they as capable or MORE capable?

Also, who else here hates more than one healer in a group? If you dont have an interrupt GOOD LUCK out dpsing some of those groups ;-)
