Strategy

Making sure to match the proper type (Smile, Cool and Pure) to song is key. The game features a Auto Formation option in the group menu that places the highest cards of a specific attribute the player chooses.

Each card Rare and up has two skills, a regular skill and a Leader skill. The leader skill activates if that idol is placed in the center of a group. The Leader skill is a simple raise of whatever attribute the card is, scaling up depending on the rarity. The other skill is one that activates randomly throughout the song, ranging from increasing score to regaining lost HP.

It's vital to not only idolize every new card you receive, but also to max their level. Players receive rewards based on acquiring new idols, maximizing their bonds and by maxing out their level.

It's important to maximize use of LP, especially during events, as players recover one LP every six minutes. One rule of thumb is to never let your LP bar refill all the way as you are wasting time not recovering LP.
