    Seriously, Madagascar Kartz? That's hardly a naming scheme to be proud of, especially when there's a portmanteau waiting to happen. Why not Madagascart or some variation thereof (Madagaskart, Madagascarts, etc.)?

    Probably because making it a portmanteau influences your eyes to split it up into separate words turning it into "Mada gas kartz". Nobody wants to play with gas kartz.
