2 Bullies, 2 Marc Ecko's

I think I remember reading that Giant Bomb is against the idea of have Special Editions of games as separate pages.

If that is so, then the Bully and Bully (Special Edition) & Marc Ecko's Getting Up: Contents Under Pressure and Marc Ecko's Getting Up: Contents Under Pressure (Limited Edition) should each, respectively, be combined into the same pages.

Fixed, kept the Scholarship edition of Bully, as Ryan did a review on that specific release. If I were to merge it into the normal page we'd lose that review. And, obviously, we don't want that.
