Remember how awesome the Mass Effect 2 launch trailer was? Well how about this?

That trailer is fucking insane.... My body is so ready for this.

edit: was wondering if it's spoilery. It's not too bad, but does show a few action scenes from what I can only assume is the end of the game.

@Pinworm45: It's of course hard to say without having played the game but I'd guess if you really look into it you can deduct some spoilers from it, just like the ME2 one.

For comparison, one thing that annoyed me about the ME2 trailer was they showed the map center on the center of the galaxy. From that and the rest of the trailer I was able to conclude that the game would end with you figuring out the collectors were in the center of the galaxy, and you'd go there, and crash there for the final mission.

Does this trailer show comparable spoilerish things that you can make pretty big conclusions from? Specifically with how the game ends, or any major plot things that will develop? Anything significant that the demo doesn't tell you?

Personally, I think it showed a bunch of scenes that looked like the end of the game. So I'd avoid it.

Although just going to point out the collectors aren't in the middle of the galaxy =P

From 1.49 into that video looks like they remade the battle of endor. Even if it is cgi cutscene look fecking awesome.

Yeah one of the weirdest things about this game is that earth is under attack, thousands of people dying every second. It's gonna be super weird running around the ship, spending time with crew mates, and doing side missions.

Worse than that.. there's a copy of the game on my computer right now, due to the preload. It's on my fucking computer. But a binary number remains a 0 instead of a 1 so I can not play.

I've had the ending (and the "effects" of your choices) spoiled already,* and while I'm not on a crazy hate train, I'm fairly nervous about how this will all play out. What's really impressive about that trailer, though, is how easy it is to get swept up into it. Maybe it will end up being pretty sweet in execution. Here's to hoping.
