It was cancelled and rebooted later into Yooka-Laylee. The codename for the game was taken from a boss in the Cloud Cuckooland level of Banjo-Tooie who's name was Mingy Jongo and was an evil robot bounty hunter who took the form of Mumbo Jumbo.
