Exactly what the title says.  I gave up on the multiplayer awhile ago because of the frustration of akimbo shotguns, care package runners, and the care package glitch bringing an endless supply of kill streaks.  I jumped on this morning with a friend who wanted to play and saw there was a new update, so my hopes were raised....and then the match started and within a minute, there were waves of predators/harriers/pavelows.  Some people have said the update took care of care package running, but I was just wondering if IW released what, exactly, this patch was about.  Thanks and sorry if this is outdated, I havent been playing or following this game lately.

Well the patch should have fixed everything you said.

I definitely noticed the lack of care package runners and akimbo shotguns, but the nonstop killstreaks made me curious if it had been solved yet.

I play virtually every day on Xbox live. Since the last patch, I have seen absolutely no issues regarding glitches or hacks.
