As long as Ray is getting his, none of this other stuff matters.
This probably explains the recent Sony move with the European releases of Ghostbusters. Under that deal, SCEE will publish the PlayStation 3, PSP, and PS2 versions of the game over there, while anyone looking for the game on DS, Wii, or 360 will have to wait until later in the year. The original news made it sound like Atari would still handle those versions when the time came, but by the time those versions are released, there won't be an Atari in that region to publish them. Kotaku is reporting that Distribution Partners will handle the non-Sony versions of the game. Those versions are still set to hit Europe at some point later this year.
In other words, still a bummer if you're looking to play Ghostbusters on a European Wii, DS, or Xbox 360 anytime soon.

It'll probably suck anyways but I was really hoping for a PC release and atleast the beauty of this platform is if it doesn't come out here for it then you can torrent it.

This Jeff User may have just misses it, so it's forgivable for now I guess, but in the future it's usually best to continue discussions and add more information to already created posts.

Bullshit, we dumped Atari, not the other way around. If she tells you different then she's a filthy lying whore.
Without wanting to be knob or anything - I speculated in the last article that I presumed Atari were having financial difficulties publishing the game in Europe.
Seems like that has been the case. If Sony hadn't moved, no one in Europe would be playing Ghostbusters next month.
I'll still concede though - it sucks for everyone else who was looking forward to the game. Shame to see Atari in this state too.
