The Nintendo DS is a handheld featuring two screens, one of which is a resistive touchscreen. Four different models are available: the original DS, the DS Lite, the DSi, the DSi XL.
The ever growing genre of Music/Rhythm is getting bigger again with theese 2 new games that good be fun.
Music School
Treasure World
Music School looks kind of cool and Treasure World might have potential. I like this genre a fair bit, but is it getting a little crowded? I admit that I had some fun with Jam Sessions and I still want Korg DS - that sounds awesome.
Maybe we need to should start a Giantbomb DS band. That would give us street cred, right?
Meh, I'm really not interested in these non-game musical toy apps. I'm still planning on picking up the Korg DS-10, though, and rhythm games I'm perfectly fine with.

I agree in a sense that there is a fairly quick onset of play fatigue, where you just don't find the enthusiasm to persist with it. I hve Jam Sessions (because it was cheap) and it is seriously good toy. But beyond a few good songs to fiddle with, my musical skills are crap and I just don't return.
However, I have to say, connect your DS to a full surround system with a good sub woofer and it is awesome.
I would get either of these games the same way I got Jam Sessions - cheap, really cheap. Korg DS is in a class of its own though.
