Back in the day I loved Captain N but his posse was kind of lame. Now granted Simon Belmont and Mega Man are pretty bad ass but they came off as pretty useless on the show. So let's say you are Captain N and you have to form a gang to take on Mother Brain who do you choose ? All choices are limited to NES games not based on licensed properties (like Scrooge McDuck or Batman).  3rd Party are acceptable.

1. Soda Popinski - My muscle plus he could spout off Yakov Smirnoff style one liners for comic relief.
2. Samus Aran - Need a chick so why not one with a missle launcher and a freeze ray ? 
3. Bub - A bubble spewing dinosaur what more do you want ?
4. Left oriented "s" Tetris piece - The annoying bumbling sidekick to fill in the Kid Icarus or Game Boy role. 
5. King Slender - Only because he is modeled off Ric Flair. Whoooooo!!!
