All I get is "payment authorization failed" when I try to order something. Regardless if credit card or PAyPal. Where can I complain to an actual person. The EA website is just a giant loop to some useless FAQs. I am in Switzerland but the link would probably work everwhere. Anyone an idea?

I hear tell that getting in contact with an actual person representing EA is an arduous task, let alone getting results from said person.

Which product are you trying to purchase? I know sometimes random European countries have weirdly specific embargos and/or restrictions on certain content.
