not sure, I liked to shake of the skinny dudes and the crawling creatures in Resistance: Fall of man but that does not happen that often other than that I don't know of any.

Flower & Heavy Rain are the only ones that pops up. Did MGS4 have any SixAxis support?

I don't think there are any good games besides Flower that actually use Sixaxis as it's basis. Other games do have sixaxis but not as an integral part of the gameplay, just little gimmicky things.

SIXAXIS is more like a side dish really in almost every game that uses it. A few games like Saints Row 2 and GTAIV use it for steering planes/bikes but that feels horrible. It's used for small things in games like Killzone 2 and Uncharted (the first one) but that aside it's hardly worth a mention really apart from flower that uses the SIXAXIS primarily and it does it well.

After Lair, devs gave up on it, Flower and maybe some implementation of control in some games, GTAIV for instance has nice Helicopter SixAxis controls.

    Flower.

I heard some people are able to play Wipeout HD well with Sixaxis, but it's not easy to confirm that.

Folklore implemented it well, but the game wasn't exactly popular. Hard game to go back to though, since it was very early in the life cycle.

Nobody remember the boob shakin in MGS4? That was er.... well implemented... Hell, made Tecmo do the same thing for NG2S.

If No More Heroes PS3 port doesn't support it, it would be a mistake. Shaking the Wiimote like you are jerking off is probably the best part of that game. (I'm just kidding)

I think i noticed at my sisters house when we were playing COD4 that there was implemented Sixaxis to do some sort of movement when prone but i cannot remember.
