    I came across this Google-published utilitytoday and thought that others looking for an open source media server to connect their PS3 to their computer-hosted media may be interested as well.  (The utility also claims basic Xbox 360 support.)

    Looks interesting, i will give the OS X version a try later.

    Edit. Tried it out works fine, had to force the IP of the server. But the app streams fine. Only thing i don't like about it is the UI it looks pretty shitty on the Mac side, but it works and its free so you cant really bitch.
